CMP (UK) Ltd aims to achieve sustained and profitable growth by providing products & services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers.

To achieve this, the company operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 specific to providing digital print, CD and DVD solutions.

The Management are committed to:

  1. Developing and continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through a formally documented audit process.
  2. Enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer’s needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled. By setting quality objectives the company will continually improve the service it provides to its customers.
  3. Communicate throughout the organisation the importance of meeting client needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. It is mandatory that the management and everyone associated with CMP-UK Ltd fully understand and adhere to the Quality Policy and the Quality Procedures.
  4. Ensuring that adequate resources are available to meet the challenges.

This quality policy, along with our objectives and targets are regularly reviewed by the Management team as part of the Management Review Process.
